The project involved the complete redevelopment of Tempera's website, resolving functionality issues and integrating essential automations. The reconstruction was done on the PrestaShop platform with a focus on integrating APIs for five suppliers, automating processes, and optimizing site performance.

1. PrestaShop Installation and Configuration

• Product Import: Mapped and scripted automatic downloads and uploads of products, including images and color combinations.
• Stock Import: Daily updates for each product's stock.

• Dynamic Tables: Daily stock table updates, offering users accurate product availability information.

• Staging Deployment: Script and functionality testing in a demo environment, fixing any bugs.

• Production Launch: Migrated the final website to Tempera.ro, ensuring complete functionality and error-free operation.
